Terms of Service.

Verified Marketplace sells digital products only. No physical products are shipped. Products may include digital codes, activation links, account access, login credentials, vouchers, subscriptions, digital services, software-related access, or other electronic delivery items.

Delivery may occur through our website, Discord ticket, email, customer account, direct message, activation link, downloadable file, or another approved digital delivery method.

You are responsible for reading the full product description before purchasing. By completing checkout, you confirm that you understand what you are purchasing, the product type, the delivery method, the product limitations, and any activation or redemption requirements.

You are responsible for providing accurate information, including email address, Discord username, account details, billing information, and any other information required for delivery. Verified Marketplace is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or loss caused by inaccurate customer information.

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the product has been delivered, accessed, activated, redeemed, downloaded, copied, revealed, or otherwise made available to the customer.

We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations for delivered digital goods except where required by applicable law.

Refunds will not be issued for buyer's remorse, accidental purchases, failure to read the product description, purchasing the wrong item, no longer needing the product, delays caused by customer error, incompatibility caused by the customer's device/account/region, or failure to follow activation instructions.

Verified Marketplace reserves the right to verify any order before delivery. Verification may include reviewing payment status, billing details, Discord account information, email information, fraud risk, prior order history, IP information, or other reasonable order-related details.

We may delay, hold, cancel, or refuse any order that appears suspicious, fraudulent, high risk, incomplete, abusive, or in violation of these Terms.

We actively monitor orders for fraud, abuse, unauthorized payment activity, chargeback risk, suspicious behavior, and policy violations.

We reserve the right to cancel, refuse, limit, or manually review any order at our sole discretion. We may also block customers from future purchases if we detect fraud, attempted fraud, payment abuse, chargeback abuse, harassment, or misuse of our products or services.

By purchasing from Verified Marketplace, you agree not to file false, fraudulent, or abusive chargebacks after receiving a product or service.

If a chargeback, dispute, claim, reversal, or payment hold is opened after delivery, Verified Marketplace reserves the right to submit evidence to the payment processor, including order records, Discord logs, delivery proof, customer communications, screenshots, timestamps, IP data, receipt records, activation records, and any other relevant evidence.

Customers who open fraudulent disputes may be permanently banned from Verified Marketplace, our Discord server, our website, and future services.

Delivery times may vary depending on product type, inventory availability, order verification, payment status, staff availability, technical issues, or third-party platform delays.

Any estimated delivery time shown on our website, Discord server, product page, or support channel is an estimate only and not a guarantee.

Inventory may change without notice. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, replace, delay, or cancel any product or offer at any time.

If a product becomes unavailable after purchase and before delivery, Verified Marketplace may offer a replacement, store credit, delayed delivery, or refund at our discretion.

Promo codes, discounts, vouchers, coupons, and special offers may be limited, restricted, modified, disabled, or revoked at any time.

Promo codes may have expiration dates, usage limits, customer restrictions, product restrictions, or owner-only restrictions. Abuse of promo codes may result in cancellation of orders, removal of discounts, refusal of service, or account restriction.

Some products may involve third-party platforms, services, websites, accounts, software, subscriptions, or activation systems. Verified Marketplace does not control third-party platforms and is not responsible for changes made by those platforms.

Third-party services may update their terms, change features, restrict regions, suspend accounts, modify access, remove functionality, or discontinue services at any time. Verified Marketplace is not liable for third-party actions outside our control.

For products involving account access, login credentials, or activation details, customers are responsible for keeping all delivered information secure. You agree not to share, resell, leak, abuse, duplicate, or misuse delivered credentials unless expressly permitted in writing by Verified Marketplace.

Verified Marketplace is not responsible for loss caused by customer negligence, password sharing, unauthorized account changes, failure to follow instructions, or misuse after delivery.

You may not resell, redistribute, duplicate, publish, transfer, or commercially exploit any product, account, code, credential, activation link, or digital item purchased from Verified Marketplace unless we provide written permission.

You may not use Verified Marketplace products or services for fraud, spam, unauthorized access, harassment, illegal activity, platform abuse, payment abuse, chargeback abuse, or any activity that violates applicable law or third-party platform rules.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason permitted by law, including fraud risk, abusive behavior, suspicious activity, payment disputes, violation of these Terms, or risk to our business, staff, customers, or payment accounts.

All Verified Marketplace branding, logos, graphics, images, product descriptions, website content, Discord content, marketing materials, designs, and related assets are owned by Verified Marketplace or used with permission.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use our branding or content without written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Verified Marketplace shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from your use of our website, Discord server, products, checkout, or services.

Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific order involved in the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Verified Marketplace, its owners, staff, contractors, partners, and service providers from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your misuse of our products, violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, payment disputes, or violation of third-party rights.

Verified Marketplace is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including payment processor issues, platform outages, internet disruptions, third-party service changes, fraud reviews, natural disasters, technical failures, or government actions.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Updates become effective when posted on our website. Continued use of Verified Marketplace after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
