Verified Marketplace is committed to providing high-quality digital products and services. Due to the nature of digital goods, account-based services, subscription services, activation services, gifting services, and other electronically delivered products, all purchases are generally considered final upon delivery.

General Refund Policy

By completing a purchase through Verified Marketplace, you acknowledge and agree that digital products and services may be delivered immediately or shortly after purchase and may not be eligible for cancellation, return, exchange, or refund once fulfillment has begun.

All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to our sole discretion.

Eligible Refund Circumstances

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payments for the same order.

  • Verified billing errors.

  • Failure to deliver the purchased product or service.

  • Technical fulfillment failures caused directly by Verified Marketplace.

  • Orders that cannot be completed due to circumstances within our control.

Approval of a refund request is not guaranteed.

Non-Refundable Products and Services

The following are generally non-refundable:

  • Activation keys.

  • Gifted products.

  • Account services.

  • Delivered services.

  • Completed custom orders.

  • Products successfully redeemed, activated, accessed, or used.

  • Services delayed due to customer response times or customer-provided information.

  • Products affected by third-party platform policy changes.

Once a product, account, service, code, activation, gift, subscription, or digital asset has been successfully delivered, redeemed, activated, transferred, or used, the transaction is considered complete.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information.

  • Following all activation instructions.

  • Maintaining access to their accounts.

  • Meeting third-party platform requirements.

  • Reviewing product descriptions before purchase.

Refunds will not be issued because a customer failed to read product descriptions, service requirements, compatibility information, delivery expectations, or platform requirements.

Third-Party Platforms

Many products rely on third-party services including but not limited to:

  • Discord

  • Google

  • Microsoft

  • Epic Games

  • LinkedIn

  • Streaming providers

  • VPN providers

  • Mobile carriers

  • Subscription platforms

Verified Marketplace is not responsible for service interruptions, suspensions, restrictions, policy changes, pricing changes, regional restrictions, account actions, or decisions made by third-party providers.

Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to investigate any refund request.

Refund requests may be denied if:

  • Fraud is suspected.

  • Abuse is suspected.

  • Chargeback threats are used to obtain products or services.

  • False claims are submitted.

  • Verification requests are ignored.

  • Delivery records confirm successful fulfillment.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact Verified Marketplace support before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in:

  • Permanent account restrictions.

  • Service termination.

  • Future purchase restrictions.

  • Collection efforts where permitted by law.

  • Submission of supporting delivery records to payment providers.

Verified Marketplace reserves all rights to contest invalid payment disputes.

Processing Times

Approved refunds may require several business days to process depending on the payment provider, financial institution, and payment method used.

Refund processing times are outside the control of Verified Marketplace once funds have been released by us.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled prior to fulfillment.

Once fulfillment, activation, gifting, delivery, account processing, subscription processing, or digital distribution has begun, cancellation requests may be denied.

Limitation of Liability

The maximum liability of Verified Marketplace for any approved claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected order.

Verified Marketplace shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of our products or services.

Policy Updates

Verified Marketplace reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of our website and services constitutes acceptance of any updated policy.
