Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the applicable transaction.
Service Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, refuse, or terminate service at any time for fraud prevention, abuse, security concerns, legal compliance, or violations of these Terms.
Intellectual Property
All content, branding, graphics, designs, logos, and materials associated with Verified Marketplace remain the property of Verified Marketplace or its licensors.
